A minimum of five people are needed to be registered as a team.
Each team must designate a captain and a team name.
All team members do not need to participate in the same workout.

Angel donations may be turned in at registration.
Sponsors may donate online or by mail.

Each team captain will be eligible for the top team fundraising prize.
Each individual team participant will be eligible for one of three prizes for top fundraisers.
Captains of teams with ten or more members registered by March 3, 2012 will receive a gift certificate from The Face and The Body Day Spa!

| Create your team!
Create your account and user profile.
Visit the team page and select "Create a Team."
Enter your team name then register yourself.
Encourage other team members to register early OR you can easily register them.
You can monitor your team's progress online by visiting the Team Information page by selecting 3/10/12 and clicking on Show Team. |
Print a registration form for each participant, complete all required information and mail them as a group, along with all registration fees, to the address provided on the registration form.
Once a team is registered, additional participants may join by specifying the team name on their registration form.
New team members may also register online.
The team captain can monitor the team's progress online.
New team registration closes March 1, 2012.
